The Librarian must make National Recording Registry recordings more accessible for research and education and build public awareness and support for the Registry and the national preservation program.
The Librarian* must conduct activities that make sound recordings in the National Recording Registry more broadly available for research and educational purposes and that create public awareness of and support for the Registry and the comprehensive national sound-recording preservation program established under this subchapter.
The Librarian* shall carry out activities to make sound recordings included in the National Recording Registry more broadly accessible for research and educational purposes and to generate public awareness and support of the Registry and the comprehensive national sound recording* preservation program established under this subchapter.
