With the Joint Committee on the Library’s approval, the Architect of the Capitol may use personnel paid from appropriations under the Architect’s control for administrative and clerical work connected with operating and maintaining the Botanic Garden.
Beginning December 27, 1974, and with the Joint Committee on the Library’s approval, the Architect of the Capitol may use personnel paid from appropriations under the Architect’s control to perform administrative and clerical duties connected with maintaining and operating the United States Botanic Garden. The Architect may do so to the extent the Architect considers feasible.
On and after December 27, 1974, with the approval of the Joint Committee on the Library, the Architect of the Capitol may utilize personnel paid from appropriations under his control for performance of administrative and clerical duties in connection with the maintenance and operation of the United States Botanic Garden, to such extent as he may deem feasible.
