Starting November 5, 1990, money appropriated for the Botanic Garden must be paid out for that purpose in the same way as other appropriations controlled by the Architect of the Capitol.
Beginning November 5, 1990, all appropriations made for the Botanic Garden must be disbursed for that purpose in the same way as other appropriations under the Architect of the Capitol’s control.
On and after November 5, 1990, all appropriations made on account of the Botanic Garden shall be disbursed for that purpose in the same manner as other appropriations under the control of the Architect of the Capitol.
