This section defines “transfer date” for this subchapter. It ties the date to the first applicable pay period after a specified 2008 date.
In this subchapter, “transfer date” means the first day of the first pay period for employees transferred under § 2241 that begins on or after 30 days after October 20, 2008. This section does not otherwise define the term.
In this subchapter, the term “transfer date” means the date occurring on the first day of the first pay period (applicable to employees transferred under section 2241 of this title) occurring on or after 30 days after October 20, 2008.
