A Senate officer or employee may not be paid for services at a rate higher than the rate provided for the position to which the person was regularly appointed.
No Senate officer or employee may receive pay for services at a rate higher than the rate provided for the office or employment to which that person was regularly appointed.
No officer or employee of the Senate shall receive pay for any services performed by him at any rate higher than that provided for the office or employment to which he has been regularly appointed.
