At least 10 percent of each eligible consortium’s award must be used to evaluate the project’s effectiveness.
At least 10 percent of the funds awarded to an eligible consortium* for a project under this subpart must be used to evaluate how effective that project is.
Not less than ten percent of the funds awarded to an eligible consortium* to carry out a project under this subpart shall be used to evaluate the effectiveness of such project.
