This subchapter must be carried out by the Secretary of Education through the Office of Career Education.
The Secretary of Education must carry out this subchapter through the Office of Career Education established under section 2612a(c) of this title.
The provisions of this subchapter shall be carried out by the Secretary of Education through the Office of Career Education established pursuant to section 2612a(c) of this title.
