Each funded local educational agency must report its progress by March 1, 1995. By October 1, 1995, the Secretary must report to specified congressional committees on grants, activities, applicant statistics, and program evaluations.
(a) Report to Secretary. Each local educational agency receiving funds must submit to the Secretary, by March 1, 1995, a report describing its progress in carrying out the plan in section 5964(b).
(b) Report to Congress. By October 1, 1995, the Secretary must report to the House Committee on Education and Labor and the Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources. The report must detail grant awards and recipient activities, compile statistical information applicants submitted under section 5964(a), and evaluate programs supported under this subchapter.
Each local educational agency that receives funds under this subchapter shall submit to the Secretary a report not later than March 1, 1995, that describes progress achieved in carrying out the plan described in section 5964(b) of this title.
The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate a report not later than October 1, 1995, which shall contain a detailed statement regarding grant awards, activities of grant recipients, a compilation of statistical information submitted by applicants under section 5964(a) of this title, and an evaluation of programs assisted under this subchapter.
