Federal funds authorized under this chapter cannot be used by state or local education agencies for policies that stop voluntary prayer or meditation in public schools.
No funds authorized under this chapter may be used by a State or local educational agency to adopt a policy that prevents voluntary prayer or meditation in a public school.
No funds authorized to be appropriated under this chapter may be used by any State or local educational agency to adopt policies that prevent voluntary prayer and meditation in public schools.
