Except for section 5890, this chapter does not authorize subchapter III funds to benefit a school that is not public, directly or indirectly.
Except as section 5890 provides, nothing in this chapter authorizes subchapter III funds to benefit any school other than a public school, directly or indirectly.
Except as provided in section 5890 1 of this title, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize the use of funds under subchapter III 1 of this chapter to directly or indirectly benefit any school other than a public school.
