Individual assessment results that become part of a student’s education records receive the protections of section 1232g.
Any result of an individual student assessment referred to in this chapter that becomes part of the student’s education records must receive the protections provided by section 1232g of this title.
Any results from an individual assessment referred to in this chapter of a student that become part of the education records of the student shall have the protections provided in section 1232g of this title.
