20 U.S.C. § 80k — Donation and transfer of lands and improvements, works of art, and other assets and property of Museum of African Art to Smithsonian Institution

The Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution — referred to in this subchapter as "the Board" — is authorized to accept a deed or other document that donates and transfers the Museum of African Art to the Smithsonian Institution. This transfer includes the land the Museum sits on, the buildings and improvements on that land, the Museum's collections of works of art, and all of the Museum's other assets and property.
