The Smithsonian Institution must supervise every plan for buildings and bridges built in the National Zoological Park.
Any plan or blueprint for constructing a building or bridge inside the National Zoological Park must be prepared under the supervision of the Smithsonian Institution.
All plans and specifications for the construction of buildings and bridges in the National Zoological Park shall be prepared under the supervision of the Smithsonian Institution.
