Institute data collected for its mission must be made public, including on the Internet, subject to the confidentiality rules.
Subject to section 9573, data collected by the Institute* and its offices, boards, committees, and centers while carrying out Institute priorities and mission must be made available to the public, including through the Internet.
Subject to section 9573 of this title, data collected by the Institute*, including any office, board*, committee, or center of the Institute, in carrying out the priorities and mission of the Institute, shall be made available to the public, including through use of the Internet.
