This chapter doesn't change or cancel anything in sections 191 to 193 of this title. Those earlier rules keep working exactly as they did before.
Nothing written in this chapter should be read as changing, weakening, or canceling any part of sections 191 through 193 of this title. In other words, this chapter does not affect those specific sections — whatever they require or allow stays exactly the same as it was before this chapter existed.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as modifying or revoking any of the provisions of sections 191 to 193 1 of this title.
