This Act and its amendments must be interpreted consistently with the World Trade Organization agreement and other treaties or international agreements to which the United States is a party.
Nothing in this Act, or in an amendment made by it, may be interpreted in a way that conflicts with the agreement establishing the World Trade Organization or with any other treaty or international agreement to which the United States is a party.
Nothing in this Act (or an amendment made by this Act) shall be construed in a manner inconsistent with the agreement establishing the World Trade Organization or any other treaty or international agreement to which the United States is a party.
