The United States pays for inspections required by this part of the law. But it does not pay overtime or holiday pay for inspectors — that comes from section 2219a of title 7 instead.
The United States* pays the cost of inspections required under this chapter. The one exception is overtime and holiday pay, which is instead paid under section 2219a of title 7.
The cost of inspection rendered under the requirements of this chapter, shall be borne by the United States*, except the cost of overtime and holiday pay paid pursuant to the 1section 2219a of title 7.
