The requirements in sections 603, 604, 605, 610(b), and 623 do not apply to the fish described in section 601(w)(2).
Despite other provisions of this chapter, sections 603, 604, 605, 610(b), and 623 do not apply to fish described in section 601(w)(2).
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the requirements of sections 603, 604, 605, 610(b), and 623 of this title shall not apply to any fish described in section 601(w)(2) of this title.
