The Secretary of Agriculture may use meat-inspection appropriations to buy printed tags, labels, stamps, and certificates without following laws governing public printing.
The Secretary* of Agriculture may spend money appropriated for meat inspection to buy printed tags, labels, stamps, and certificates without regard to existing laws that apply to public printing.
The Secretary* of Agriculture is authorized to expend appropriations for meat inspection for the purchase of printed tags, labels, stamps, and certificates without regard to existing laws applicable to public printing.
