A defendant who profited from an offense may receive an alternative fine of up to twice the offense’s gross profits or other proceeds.
Instead of another fine authorized by this part, a defendant who receives profits or other proceeds from an offense may be fined up to twice the gross profits or other proceeds.
In lieu of a fine otherwise authorized by this part, a defendant who derives profits or other proceeds from an offense may be fined not more than twice the gross profits or other proceeds.
