22 U.S.C. § 2430a — Definitions

For this subchapter—

(1) “administering body” means the entity described in section 2430g(c) of this title. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(2) “Americas Framework Agreement” means an agreement described in section 2430g of this title. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(3) “Americas Fund” means an Enterprise for the Americas Fund described in section 2430f(a) of this title. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(4) “appropriate congressional committees” means the House Committees on Foreign Affairs and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and Appropriations.
(5) “beneficiary country” means an eligible country for which the authority in section 2430c(a)(1) of this title is used. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(6) “eligible country” means a country designated by the President under section 2430b of this title. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(7) “Enterprise for the Americas Board” or “Board” means the board established by section 1738i of title 7. This section does not otherwise define that term.
(8) “Facility” means the Enterprise for the Americas Facility established in the Department of the Treasury by section 1738 of title 7. This section does not otherwise define that term.
