22 U.S.C. § 284cc — Nineteenth replenishment

(a) In general. This section lets the United States Governor of the International Development Association promise, on behalf of the United States, to contribute $3,004,200,000 to the Association's nineteenth replenishment — a scheduled round of new funding for the Association's resources. This promise only counts if Congress actually appropriates the money first. (b) Authorization of appropriations. To pay for that $3,004,200,000 contribution, this section authorizes Congress to appropriate that same amount, to be paid out by the Secretary of the Treasury. There is no fiscal-year limit on when the money can be spent.
