22 U.S.C. § 284s — Ninth replenishment

(a) In general. The United States Governor was authorized to agree, on behalf of the United States, to pay the Association $3,180,000,000 toward the ninth replenishment of the Association's resources — but only if Congress actually provided the necessary appropriations. (b) Limitations on authorization of appropriations. To pay for that contribution, this section authorizes Congress to appropriate, without any fiscal-year limit, that same $3,180,000,000, to be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury.
