22 U.S.C. § 284t — Thirteenth replenishment

(a) Contribution authority. (1) The United States Governor of the Association may contribute, on behalf of the United States, an amount equal to whatever Congress appropriates under subsection (b), following the Association's resolution called "Additions to IDA Resources: Thirteenth Replenishment." (2) Any commitment to make this contribution only takes effect to the extent — and in the amounts — that Congress has already provided in appropriations acts. (b) Limitations on authorization of appropriations. Congress is authorized to appropriate whatever sum is necessary, with no fiscal-year limit, for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay this contribution.
