The U.S. Governor was authorized to give the Association $2,850,000,000 for the fourteenth replenishment, if Congress appropriated the money. Congress authorized appropriating that same $2,850,000,000, with no fiscal-year limit.
The United States Governor of the International Development Association is authorized to contribute on behalf of the United States $2,850,000,000 to the fourteenth replenishment of the resources of the Association, subject to obtaining the necessary appropriations.
In order to pay for the United States contribution provided for in subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $2,850,000,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury.
