The U.S. Governor of the Bank may agree to give $50,000,000 to the Bank's special funds. Congress may appropriate that same amount, with no time limit. The Treasury Secretary makes the payment.
(a) The U.S. Governor of the Bank may agree to contribute, on behalf of the United States, $50,000,000 to the Bank's special funds. This money must be provided to the Bank under article 19 of the Bank's articles of agreement.
(b) To pay for this U.S. contribution to the special funds, the law authorizes $50,000,000 to be appropriated, with no time limit on spending it, paid by the Secretary of the Treasury.
The United States Governor of the Bank is hereby authorized to agree to contribute on behalf of the United States $50,000,000 to the special funds of the Bank. This contribution shall be made available to the Bank pursuant to the provisions of article 19 of the articles of agreement of the Bank.
In order to pay for the United States contribution to the special funds, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated without fiscal year limitation $50,000,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury.
