This law lets the U.S. Governor of the Asian Development Bank contribute $584,280,000 to the Bank's Asian Development Fund. That commitment depends on Congress first appropriating the money. Congress authorizes that same amount for the Secretary of the Treasury to pay.

(a) The United States Governor of the Asian Development Bank may contribute $584,280,000, on behalf of the United States, to the Asian Development Fund, a special fund of the Bank. This commitment can only be made once Congress has appropriated the necessary money. (b) To pay for this contribution, Congress authorizes $584,280,000 to be appropriated, with no fiscal-year deadline. The Secretary of the Treasury makes the payment.
