This section authorizes whatever funds are necessary for the Secretary of State to carry out this chapter in fiscal year 1980. The funds remain available until spent.
In addition to funds otherwise available to carry out the provisions of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State for the fiscal year 1980 such funds as can be necessary to carry out such provisions. Such funds are authorized to remain available until spent.
