This section preserves the rest of the chapter if a provision or its application is held invalid. The remaining provisions and applications are not affected.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of it to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision to any other person or circumstance must not be affected thereby.
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
