If a provision, amendment, or application of this chapter is held invalid, the remaining provisions and applications remain unaffected.
If any provision of this chapter or the amendments made by this chapter or the application of it to any person* or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter, the amendments made by this chapter, or the application of it to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances must not be affected by that invalidation.
If any provision of this chapter or the amendments made by this chapter or the application thereof to any person* or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter, the amendments made by this chapter, or the application thereof to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected by such invalidation.
