The General Counsel may investigate and prosecute alleged unfair labor practices and may exercise other Board powers the Board assigns.
The General Counsel may: (1) investigate alleged unfair labor practices under this subchapter; (2) file and prosecute complaints under it; and (3) exercise other Board powers that the Board prescribes.
The General Counsel may—
investigate alleged unfair labor practices under this subchapter,
file and prosecute complaints under this subchapter, and
exercise such other powers of the Board as the Board may prescribe.
