No person may be required to give up a constitutional right as a condition of contracting with the United States or receiving a United States benefit. This protection applies to purposes related to this chapter or the Convention.
No person may be required, as a condition of entering into a contract with the United States* or receiving any benefit from the United States, to give up any constitutional right for a purpose related to this chapter or the Convention*.
No person may be required, as a condition for entering into a contract with the United States* or as a condition for receiving any benefit from the United States, to waive any right under the Constitution for any purpose related to this chapter or the Convention*.
