This defines the congressional committees covered by this Israel-related chapter and points to another law's definition of "qualitative military edge."
In this chapter:
The term “appropriate congressional committees” means—
the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Relations, and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and
the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.
The term “qualitative military edge” has the meaning given the term in section 2776(h)(2) 1 of this title.
