25 U.S.C. § 123d — Additional appropriations from tribal funds

This section adds a yearly appropriation from otherwise-unavailable tribal funds. In addition to the tribal funds already authorized to be spent under existing law, this section appropriates — for fiscal year 1988 and every fiscal year after — up to $1,000,000 per fiscal year to the Secretary of the Interior. This money comes from tribal funds not otherwise available for spending, and must be used for the benefit of the tribes on whose behalf that money was originally collected. The section has no lettered subsections.
