25 U.S.C. § 14a — Deposit of grant funds received by Bureau from other Federal agencies

This section is a single, undivided provision. Starting October 12, 1984, this section covers money that other federal agencies give to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, as a grant, to run various programs — for elementary and secondary education, for programs serving people with disabilities, for bilingual education, and other specific programs. That grant money must be deposited into the appropriation account that funds the operation of Bureau schools. It stays available there for the length of the grant period, and after that it remains available exactly as any other law otherwise allows.
