This law lets the Commissioner of Indian Affairs assign extra duties to the Superintendent of Indian Schools. The Superintendent must perform whatever other duties the Commissioner assigns. The Secretary of the Interior must approve those duties.
The Superintendent of Indian Schools must perform any additional duties that the Commissioner of Indian Affairs assigns.
Those additional duties are subject to the approval of the Secretary* of the Interior.
The Superintendent of Indian schools shall perform such other duties as may be imposed upon him by the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, subject to the approval of the Secretary* of the Interior.
