Land or an interest acquired under this Act for Indian use must be held in the name of the United States in trust for the tribe or individual Indian for whom it was acquired.
Title to lands or any interest therein acquired pursuant to this Act for Indian use must be taken in the name of the United States of America in trust for the tribe or individual Indian for which acquired.
Title to lands or any interest therein acquired pursuant to this Act for Indian use shall be taken in the name of the United States of America in trust for the tribe or individual Indian for which acquired.
