This section authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to use as much as necessary of funds already appropriated or appropriated in the future under section 5108 to carry out the Act’s land-purchase provision.
To carry out the land-purchase provision of this Act, the Secretary* of the Interior may use as much as necessary of any funds that were appropriated before this section or that are appropriated in the future under section 5108 of this title.
For the purpose of carrying into effect the land-purchase provision of this Act, the Secretary* of the Interior is authorized to use so much as may be necessary of any funds heretofore or hereafter appropriated pursuant to section 5108 of this title.
