Federal district courts share jurisdiction with state courts over actions on bonds executed under United States law. The exception is matters assigned to the Court of International Trade.
The district* courts have original jurisdiction, concurrent with State courts, over an action on a bond executed under a United States law, except for matters within the Court of International Trade’s jurisdiction under section 1582.
The district* courts shall have original jurisdiction, concurrent with State courts, of any action on a bond executed under any law of the United States, except matters within the jurisdiction of the Court of International Trade under section 1582 of this title.
