A judge of the Court of Federal Claims who is removed from office can never again practice law before that same court.
A judge of the United States* Court of Federal Claims who is removed from office under section 176 of this title can never again be permitted to practice law before the Court of Federal Claims.
A judge of the United States* Court of Federal Claims removed from office in accordance with section 176 of this title shall not be permitted at any time to practice before the Court of Federal Claims.
