This section applies Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45 to certain arbitration subpoenas.
Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which concerns subpoenas, applies to subpoenas requiring witnesses to attend and documents to be produced at an arbitration hearing under this chapter.
