29 U.S.C. § 1904 — Authorization of appropriations

This section authorizes whatever amounts are necessary for the Center for fiscal years 1999 through 2003. The money remains available until spent, and each appropriation Act must state the specific amount made available.
(a) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the rules in this chapter such sums as can be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1999 through 2003. Such sums must remain available until expended. (b) Any appropriation Act containing any appropriation authorized by subsection (a) must contain a statement of the specific amount being made available to the Center*.
