29 U.S.C. § 559 — Rented quarters

An office, bureau, or branch transferred to the Department of Labor may keep occupying rented space until suitable replacement space is provided.
If an office, bureau, or branch of the public service transferred to the Department of Labor by this Act occupies a rented building or premises, it may continue using that space until other suitable space is provided.
Where any office, bureau, or branch of the public service transferred to the Department of Labor by this Act is occupying rented buildings or premises, it may continue to do so until other suitable quarters are provided for its use.
