At the end of each fiscal year, the Secretary of Labor must send Congress the audited financial statements of the Department of Labor. The Secretary must also make special investigations and reports when required or considered necessary.
At the close of every fiscal year, the Secretary of Labor must prepare and submit to Congress the Department’s financial statements that have been audited. The Secretary must also make special investigations and reports from time to time when the President or Congress requires them, or when the Secretary considers them necessary.
The Secretary of Labor shall annually, at the close of each fiscal year, prepare and submit to Congress the financial statements of the Department that have been audited. He shall also, from time to time, make such special investigations and reports as he may be required to do by the President, or by Congress, or which he himself may deem necessary.
