Every department, board, commissioner, and agency of the United States must help the Secretary carry out and administer this subchapter.
Every United States department, board, commissioner, and agency must cooperate with the Secretary by providing technical expertise, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to carry out and administer this subchapter.
All departments, boards, commissioners, and agencies of the United States of America shall cooperate with the Secretary by providing technical expertise, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to implement and administer the provisions of this subchapter.
