Mining claims, mill sites, and mineral rights on the specified public lands may be used only for the purposes listed in section 621. No other facility or activity may be placed or conducted there.
Despite other provisions of this chapter, every mining claim, mill site, or mineral right located under this chapter or otherwise on the public lands described in section 621 may be used only for the purposes section 621 specifies. No facility or activity may be built or conducted there for another purpose.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, all mining claims and mill sites or mineral rights located under the terms of this chapter or otherwise contained on the public lands as described in section 621 of this title shall be used only for the purposes specified in section 621 of this title and no facility or activity shall be erected or conducted thereon for other purposes.
