Government departments and agencies may advise and assist the Secretary of the Interior when asked to carry out this chapter. They may spend their own funds for that help, with or without reimbursement, under needed agreements.
Government departments and agencies may advise and assist the Secretary of the Interior, when the Secretary asks, in carrying out this chapter. They may spend their funds for those purposes, with or without reimbursement, under agreements that may be necessary.
Departments and agencies of the Government are authorized to advise and assist the Secretary of the Interior, upon his request, in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and may expend their funds for such purposes, with or without reimbursement, in accordance with such agreements as may be necessary.
