The Foundation’s authority ends 10 years after the Foundation is established unless Congress reauthorizes it.
The Foundation’s authority under this subchapter ends 10 years after the Foundation is established, unless an Act of Congress reauthorizes it.
The authority of the Foundation under this subchapter shall terminate on the date that is 10 years after the establishment of the Foundation, unless the Foundation is reauthorized by an Act of Congress.
