This subchapter defines “prize competition” as the Genius Prize competition and “Secretary” as the Secretary of Commerce.
In this subchapter: (1) “Prize competition” means the competition for the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 1972. (2) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
In this subchapter:
The term “prize competition” means the competition for the award of the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 1972 of this title.
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
