This section requires the Secretary, on request from a non-Federal interest, to provide a detailed accounting of Federal expenses for a water-resources project.
On the request of a non-Federal interest, the Secretary must provide to the non-Federal interest a detailed accounting of the Federal expenses associated with a water resources project.
